Coochy Coo respects your privacy. Your personal details will not be disclosed or sold unless ordered by a court of law. Your information will be used to process orders only. Should you wish to be removed from our opt in mailing list, please contact us. Please note that if any person is provided with the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, and delivery addresses) in their dealings with Coochy Coo, the input of data by such a person takes place voluntarily.

All products on the Coochy Coo website are displayed in Dirhams (AED), the currency of the United Arab Emirates. You can change the currency on the Coochy Coo website to check our prices in U.S Dollars (USD) by using the currency converter on the left hand side of the shopping pages. Please be aware that when you check out all purchases are paid for in AED through Please be aware that the charge on your credit card bill will be from Coochy Coo reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Coochy Coo does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the Coochy Coo website. We take every precaution to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration or order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number or address), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry

All goods must be paid for prior to them being sent. You must supply a descriptive physical delivery address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Since all our items are uniquely made, from time to time Coochy Coo items will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or we can back – order your item. Please note: we do not back order on sale or discounted items.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

At Coochy Coo we appreciate that although the quality of our products is exceptional, from time to time a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size, colour, or style. If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email or fax to arrange an exchange. Please note that we do not exchange personalised items, unless the name was misspelled from our side.

Contact must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. An additional delivery fee for this service will be charged. Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sale goods are final.

At Coochy Coo every dispatched item is checked and wrapped with care. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us via phone or email to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. Coochy Coo will give a full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault, however we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Shipping costs will not be included in refund.

While we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to Coochy Coo. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords and or other account information pertaining to the Coochy Coo web site.
